Sorry Bobby, any chance of a rear change pdf too (non Brembo)?

If the wear indicator light hasn't triggered, is it possible to re-use the sensor, making it even easier by not having to trace back to the sensor connector?

Yes on the sensor issue - if it hasn't worn through you can re use - ie you can use it if worn but to a certain amount Thumbs Up

MAW you must be the brake expert, or certainly lead poster!!!!

Trawling through past posts for rear pad change help and you're everywhere - you must change your brakes more often than I change my underwear Laughing

Great info though and now I'm going to attempt myself - what's the worst that can happen....uuurrrgh crash, death, no afterlife???? Maybe take another view when I start to dismantle Confused

Not entirley certain but is there not some procedure involved on the rear set up with the EPB mechanism and making sure it is re-adjusted Question

No, I don't think so. The EPB components are in the drum and you're not going there just to change the disc pads.
A word of caution, though..

Quote:
WARNING: Prior to removing a brake disc from a vehicle, power should be disconnected from the parking brake module.
Operation of the parking brake switch while a brake disc is removed can cause the actuating mechanism in the parking brake module to seize.
In addition, the parking brake may not switch off until 20 minutes after key-off; automatic re-apply cannot be eliminated until this period has expired.
