2010 HDD Sat Nav

Well, My RRS went in for the recall's 17 & 18 to be caried out yesterday (it's in for 3 days!). They gave me a loaner of a brand spanking Disocvery 4 XS 3 litre. Have to say, in general, Very Impressed. But - to the point of the post -
It has the new HDD based Sat Nav with the latest 2010 Data -- Sadly it is still rubbish, It doesn't even have the streets around my house on it yet and they have now been in existance since March 2004 !! What I don't understand is why the Land Rover Nav Teq data is so far out of date compared to other users of NavTeq? Have LR done a cheap deal or something? Very Poor considering the cost of these Cars! Evil or Very Mad Rant Over Evil or Very Mad Whistle 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

To be fair to LR, they just say they are putting a Sat Nav in they don't guarantee that it will be able to find anywhere built this century. Evil or Very Mad

A bit like the Dynamic Response, EPB, CD Player, etc, etc. They only work when they feel like it, or make a lot of noise when doing so. Whistle
