Winter is coming & I'm looking for a quality wax to use which I guess needs to be pure carnauba based, any experts that can advise please ?

For ease of application, durability and cost, the werkstat range of products are ideal especially during the winter periods. This company are offering a special offer on their range.

Ive just spent the day cleaning/waxing my car, i washed it, clayed it ,then used dodo juice lime prime lite to clean the paint and take out light scratches, then i sealed it with chemical guys mirror finish and used dodo juice purple haze wax to finish off, dodo juice are good products in my experience and easy to use.

Swissvax BOS is good but at over £100+ a pot it's not the best to use unless your paintwork has been fully sorted first |

I just took it that anyone who is prepared to spend over £100 on a wax also has the marbles to prepare the surface properly. |

But not everyone understands what's needed to prepare a car correctly for a wax.

One would assume that if they're even contemplating spending over £100 on a pot of wax they have an idea ofwhat they're getting into. Before I understood what car preparation involved I wouldn't spend more than £5 on a bottle of shampoo! Gone: RRS : HSE : TDv6 : 57 : Java Black : Ebony : 20" |
