No, at a certain speed it will always raise to normal height. Unless you pull out the compressor fuse and drive it with the car sat on the stops Shocked

cos im 26 and i think im at the age where lower is better lol. ive got the scooby for fast b roads but i just think that on the 20"s the RRS looks a bit too high.

I have to get in too frames of mind, i sometimes am hurtling towards a corner and get to it and think.. Censored im not in the scooby. but the worst bit is going to esso and sticking the unleaded pump into the RRS.

Forgive Google translator but it was to much for me Wink

The Range Rover Sport has a Variable-height air suspension system with three positions. The lowest loading height is the height of the vehicle. It is designed for speeds up to 35 km / h.. At this height, the suspension has no suspension. The standard ride height is 50 mm higher. It is intended for road use in all speed ranges. In addition, there is the off-road ride height, which is 55 mm higher. During this suspension, the ride height has also a non-controllable reserve of another 70 mm, which only releases automatically when the vehicle is resting on the ground. With the Electronic Handling + offroad kit, we would like to use with this system is not fully exhausted possibilities of variable height air suspension. There is a Can Bus calculator, which can be the vehicle ride heights in the "Street" and "off" manually lowered by pressing a button or increased by 23 mm by 26 mm. In order to be elevated lowered the Range Rover Sport with an accessory both straßenoptimiert as well as for off-road use. The application examples in detail: With the handling kit can be lowered, the Range Rover Sport in the standard ride height by 23 mm. This reduces the air resistance at motorway speeds and the driving stability is growing strongly. Even with faster travel on winding country roads, the less body roll and improved road holding an advantage. In the off-road vehicle ride height can be elevated for a further 26 mm. The advantage is clear, as with a ground clearance of approximately 275 mm (depending on tire size), the resting of the vehicle can be avoided, instead of releasing the reserve amount, only if the vehicle is already stuck. In Offroad-Tests haben wir festgestellt, dass es meist zu spät ist, die Aufhängung auszufahren, wenn das Fahrzeug bereits aufliegt. The suspension can then press into the soft ground and the car is secure. If, however, from the outset, the greater ground clearance is available, a deadlock can be avoided. The lowering in the street and raising the terrain are just the most common uses of electronic handling + offroad kit. An important application area is also driving on bad roads and paths. Here, the Range Rover Sport can be elevated in the road position. The ride will then increase dramatically, as more suspension travel is available. Silk absorbs the landing gear hard knocks. If the speed permanently over 100 km / h increases, is attributed to Höherlegung. This is another advantage, since the standard off-road height is only up to 50 km / h can be used. With the Electronic Handling + Offroad Kit is the variability of an air suspension system are so individually realized. Where once had springs and shock absorbers to be rebuilt, is now just press a button. Assembly 49 AW.

I know what you mean about Access mode as I agree it looks great when it's slammed to the deck but seriously, the ride is shocking Rolling Eyes

Check out AdamRRS, he has lowered his car 25mm above access height. Might be closer to what you're after?
