I suppose that you have a different interpretation in British english for "you are my man" than in american english.

The correct modern expression in American English is "you are THE man" - the above expression could easily be misinterpreted unintentionally... Very Happy Very Happy

If you are speaking with someone, and you use a shortened version, i.e. "my man" with the appropriate inflection, that's OK...it means, my friend or buddy etc....but in written form, it does leave room for uncertainty.

Back on track - nice RRS...time for some modifications! PJPR

Thanks for the tip. I stayed in US (CA) for 2 years for studies back in 1999 and yes you are right to write down the slang that you have used 10 years ago is not that easy. (on the other side I'm getting old which is not good for my memory)

On the RRS subject I'm looking towards yours, Umberto or VA way for offorad mods, but first I need some time with it, to feel it and see the weakness (where the mods should be directed) 2009 Range Rover Sport 2.7 TDV6 SE, Alaska White, Almond leather, tinted windows, active rear diff, tow pack, HiICE, full spare: gone and already missed

Do I need something more for protection? I don't think so.

Impressions after 1000km:

I really like the car, it's quiet and smooth on autobahns, not that hungry for a 2.5 ton car and definitely not too lazy as I thought in the beginning (most of the high speed test though has been only with me on board).
Very big impression comes from the steering wheel. It's very light for a heavy vehicle like RRS but still informative. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Although I have another car for everyday commuting I'm tempted every day to take the RRS Cool

The only negative impression is coming from the below today's standards audio system. I can't believe I payed an extra 600€ to have 6Cd changer and HK system but still no MP3 ID tag info on the display. It's impossible to know what cd is playing every time.
