When sat nav 'speaks' use the volume button on radio/steering wheel to lower volume. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Sadly Land Rover in their ultimate wisdom seem to think that if you are enjoying your Herb Albert collection at full volume, you want the trained chimp from the local radio station to interrupt you with useless information from the other end of the county at a similar volume, plus 1. Likewise shouty satnav lady.

I am not vey familiar with the system, since I only have the car since last month (and most of all, I am swapping the original radio with an aftermarket unit.

You can have the radio and nav voice at differential volumes. Next time the sat nav shouts at you when your radio/cd volume is up high, press the right hand hard button below the nav screen and use the steering wheel volume to lower the volume of the voice, the radio/cd remains the same Chawton White TDV6 HSE with Alpaca and Rodium, Automatic Climate Control,
