I think you have valid reason to reject this car as "not fit for purpose", get in touch with your local trading standards office they will help |

That story is incredible, my sport nearly killed my whole family, picked the car up from the dealership drove 200 moterway miles and on the journey, the dash and warning lights about all manner of things flshed up, twice phoned the dealer, assured me it was purely a IT cliche...arrived at the first big round -a bout off the M6 and the vehile lost all power, a waggon driver only narrowly missed taking us all out...took the car back on the Monday, did not see it for over a week , while they dropped the whole engine bay...
