Given we are all good at bitching about this why isn't there a mad rush to take direct action to Land Rover and make our collective voices heard?

I only started to notice a knocking sound from the front of my RRS Supercharged, thought it was suspension bushes but will certainly have the dealer log the fault as suggested & push to see if they will resolve the issue.

I am not very experienced yet as a rrs owner although I thought I would share my 2 theories on the knocking suspension.
First, I have noticed that 90% of posts here are from people from the UK and 5% from continental Europe and remaining 5% other countries. I think there are no posts from US. Maybe knocking suspension is noticeable in cars made for a specific market, ie. UK specs?! has anyone thought of this or maybe I am mistaken...

Another theory is based on my own experience. I bought my car second hand last year. When I got it I noticed a knocking front suspension (at that time I didn't know the RRS forum and that such problem exists, so my opinion on this was independent).
I went to the local LR dealer for service and they told me they need to change some suspension parts in the car and that this was the reason for knocking suspension. They also said that this is normal with RRS (!) WTF?! anyway, It was quite expensive, so I said that I will think about it.
Then I purchased the required parts in the UK, but never had time to go for service and do the job.
In the meantime I went on several ocasions offroad (mud, bumby roads, forrest, lots of sand roads, etc.) and guess what......... the knocking stopped. I never went to change the suspension parts. Its been about 3 months now and approximately 8-10k km since then and still no knocking. I do not know if there is a connection between these two, but maybe, just maybe, if you drive off road and use TR and the suspension in hard conditions, maybe the knocking will stop. Myabe you just need to make it work from time to time.

iv not got time to read all the relpies on here but what i do know is that the sport front susp knock is normally stabilizer bar bushes, bottom ball joints (there has been an updated part release) or stabilizer bar knock. i do know for a fact that landrover are trialling an updated stabilizer bar assy with reduced clearances etc to try and cure the operation knock but these are not available at dealers and may not be for some time. also land rover say that the body dampers on the front can be removed as these can cause knocking and removing them isnt detrimental to the vehicle. the rear ones MUST STAY ON THE VEHICLE

Hmm, interesting Bananaman.........had not heard about the stabiliser bar, the rest {unfortunately} is not doing the trick, hence our frustration
