The premise of good humour is never having to explain it. But, the dog is invisible cos it doesn't exist. I was, far too subtely I admit, intimating the same of my now much lamented privates!

I should avoid subtle innuendo perhaps.

this thread is getting so long and off topic I have forgotten what we are actually doing for this meet (and I can't be arsed to read the first page)

Kaine,

Don't worry Jay is on the case, and hopefully he's going to simplify things.........................

1) GENERAL - One sign-up for the meet in general (so I can PM a link to a car pass for everyone involved and get an idea of numbers).

2) SOUTH - A sign-up for the south meet so that I can communicate with the southeners.

3) NORTH - A sign-up for the north meet so that TB and Kam can communicate with the northerners.

4) EVENING - A sign-up for the evening meal so that Kam can communicate details to those attending.

I think that he is going to try to lock each thread so that it's for info and sign-up only. If that doesn't work then............... er, um, we've had it!

I have been talking to Gaydon over the past few weeks and I PM'd Jay last night precise details for the GENERAL section which to be fair is the most important and outlines timings, entry prices, parking passes etc etc etc, so hopefully once he's had a tidy up then there will be a lot more information.

It's all on, it's all organised, however it's just a case of getting the information to the forum members. Perhaps we also need a thread for 'Forum Meet Banter' which is where the chit-chat can happen!

James Thumbs Up

I don't believe you can have a locked thread that can accept poll votes.... Confused
