It means that your air reservior pressure is low so the vehicle is struggling to raise itself to the requested suspension level.

I had this along with various other suspension errors, I had to have my suspension ECU and a couple of ride height sensors changed under warranty. |

It also happened to me... and it makes squeky noises.
