I used to get 19-21mpg around town, and the best i ever got it to on the motorway was: 32.5mpg i believe.
However on normal motorway trips where i was actually needing/wanting to get anywhere at a decent time: 25-27mpg was what i usually managed..

I used it for mostly motorway trips and used to get about 25mpg out of it, but I wasn't the most sympathetic of drivers Cool

If 1% of your trip was 600kms, doesn't that make the other 99% of your trip 59,400kms? Confused Wink

....and for the last 600 km of highway between hamburg and my place......

is that better ST? Whistle

Fuel economy

I drive at least 100 Km every day...

And I would say that figures are as follows: 11 liters/100Km in 120 Km/h highway driving and 9 liters/100 Km in 90-100 Km/h roads... Not much urban driving in my particular case.

Of course, I would like to own a V8... But V6 has been a faithfull workhorse for allwheather intensive use during three years and a half.

England 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 S Stornoway Grey

ours averages around 32 based on calculated / shows a bit more on teh display, thats mostly 100 miles a day commute.

around town if I use it for teh school run (where its in ites element as it p'ss off al the pius drivers) - I get about 25, but thats all the roundabouts.

For fun, I'd have a supercharged, but I worked out once on my wifes commute it was using about 6 mpg as it was cold there and cold back and used a real lot of fuel on teh roundabouts.
