We've not got that fair yet mate

But all us south boy's and girls will meet at CHPR around 9 ish and then head off to Gatydon about 10:00/10:30 to get there for say 12:00 and meet with the boys from up north who will do some sort of thing and meet us there

I'll gather names and address's in a few weeks and post out an itinarry and map etc, but would guess that we'll gather at CHPR from 9am with a view to set off at 10am to then arrive at Gaydon 11am ish...... The northern contingent will do likewise (from the north obviously Rolling Eyes ) and we'll all meet up in a designated area at Gaydon.

What happens after that is anyone's guess, but it would seem that there is a standard forum format for 'evening entertainment' at meets...........

James, we'll sort out the northern end, and will meet up with you at Gaydon.
Have already had a pm convo with TB about a suitable place to meet, so we'll get this end sorted.
We will get the evening dinner sorted out at the venue also, and will be needing some idea of final numbers..

Will try and get a per head rate sorted out so we can keep it simple..
