If you search cigar smoke i think there was a thread on its removal few months ago - some chap pitched in who ran a 'deep clean' company or similar - there were a few ideas posted from Febreeze to the more severe fill with hosepipe fix

i think your best bet will be to use a professional car detailer, They clean down the interior, and have a few methods to clear the smell out, One i have heard of is heating the cars interior up to open the leathers pours and then using a fogging machine.

Thanks mate - and yeah I know what you're thinking - and I appreciate your delicate tones.....it's not a great colour - think they call it Silverlake....I would have been ok with it if it had a black interior - but it's very dark navy - but at least it hasn't got Ikea wood! getting it valeted today and the carpets shampood etc etc, will see how that works out......
