Don't like the HST grille (no surprise there!) but I do like the mods to the lights.... as Super says, very un-Tim like!

you can mold them any way you want, and even cut them, I bought a few to mess with. only mine are just used for the front repeaters. |

When i changed my light bulbs on my FL2, i looked at the front lenses, and they appear to be held on by plastic clips, but i had no need to try take the lenses off |

Hi guys - regarding doing the LED as a DIY job, I suppose it is possible if you are good with a heat gun to break and remake the seals in the lights. They are wired into the side lights so come on when the light stalk is set to the side/parking lights position. At the same time as doing the headlights Hawke also changed the 'normal' lamp in the lower side light to a multilamp tiny LED and coloured the grey plastic around the headlamps in Stornoway.

Just stumbled across this on bbc.co.uk.. It's a clear example of how pedantic insurance companies can be at trying to get out of claims when they haven't been informed of modifications - it even cites headlamp changes!
