2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Arctic Frost

External Temp -no warning bong!

Hmmm, now we're not sure whether the car (MY07) has ever done this but there certainly isn't a bong when the temp drops to *4deg - as there is with our D3. The bong DOES sound when the door is opened and the key left in so the bong HW seems OK. I have disabled the seatbelt bong but I have also done it on my D3 with no collateral damage so I'm a bit puzzled.

Both handbooks make zero reference to the low temp bong (which I guess is an ice warning) so I'm a bit stumped!

Any ideas??? Cheers

Yes I remember this with my D3, but now you come to mention it, not with the RRS......Strange Speed Limits! not where I live!

I had it on my TDV6 but now you mention I've not heard it on the TDV8. So maybe they removed it or its been disabled. TDV6 - gone
