Germany 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

Hi Steve,

thank you very much for the infos and the scan.
I will talk to my dealer tomorrow.
Great to have your support in this matter because I am frustrated since 9 months now.
"The parts replaced are the stabiliser arm and the rubber bushes and fixings".
That means also special rubber bushed were changed.

Hope they will know exactly the parts at my dealer.
I wish you a "knockless" ride in Germany Smile

They don't have any choice in the matter, they can't suddenly stop repairing faults when a car is still under warranty Evil or Very Mad Speed Limits! not where I live!

I find it odd that LR are no suggesting that this isn't fixed under warranty any more. Call me old fashioned, but I thought that the was point of a warranty Rolling Eyes

Because they say it is "a characteristic" of the car ie they designed it to be like that...................................

I suspect that a lot of owners of RRS's will be voting the car right down the list when the JD Power and TG reliablity
polls come up.................................. last thing LR need is to have any of their cars lingering at the bottom of those charts again. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

OK went back in to my dealer earlier, the TSB they had was for cars without ACE, however like I said they had a Sport in a couple of weeks ago with the same problem, they have now rectified three cars, what i have done is attach the Job sheet for you Chris, hopefully you can take this into your dealer and they will give it a go, at least they could possibly call the meister at Striewe and get the info from them. Hope this helps. You can see a larger copy in my gallery.

Ok, I don't want to take any wind from sails here, but I have had all of this done along with replacement air suspension, so been here and done it............the good news is that in the short term all seems well...........give it a few weeks and the noise WILL return with a vengeance.

There remains no fix which is why they are trying to deter dealers from processing anymore warranty work - in short, its a waste of time and resource. Big Cry L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Surprised they've not been sued over this yet. Does the UK have a 'lemon law'?
