Jay,

I'm happy to coordinate numbers and information packs, and can also provide somewhere to meet in the morning. If the other forums are interested then we could clear the side road and could possibly accomodate 50 or so cars here?

Perhaps someone could coordinate/manage the convoy and where to meet the Midlands members? Kam I believe has somewhere in mind for the final destination.
