Latest in PC madness...

http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=18563

Two questions:

1) Has anyone actually asked any old people whether they are offended by this sign or is it just a Jobsworth Censored in the charity mentioned that wants to make some noise.

2) If this universally understandable sign were to be replaced with something that didn't offend the aforementioned Jobsworth Censored what would we use that everybody would automatically know meant "Warning: Old People"?

I'm glad Highways has had the sense to chop this off at the knees without even considering it.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I misread the title of the post............................. and thought this was something to do with computers, silly me!
I heard about this on the radio news this morning and thought "well how else do you depict the old and slow who might be crossing the road" I mean you cannot show folks with a Zimmer as that would upset those without them.

It's like we had a notice at special school near here that read "Blind Children Drive Slowly" stating the bleeding obvious it was, I would be very upset if they drove any other way than VERY VERY slowly!

Later edit....................
Just heard on the news that the New Zealand Hockey coach was sent into the stands at Beijing and his team very nearly had to forfeit the match because 6 members of the team were wearing BLACK underwear under their WHITE shorts and in the Olympic rules it states that athletes must wear underwear that is the same colour as their outer garments! FFS who the hell is worried about what colour underwear athletes wear under their shorts apart from a few underwear fetishists! It's surely a mad world 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
