United States 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Giverney Green
Another Tire and Wheel Question

I promise, this is the last one. A person on Craigslist has offered to sell his 4 wheels and 4 new 255 55 19 Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires to me. This tire and wheel combination came off his full size Land Rover HSE. These would be going on my RRS HSE.

I checked in with 3 local dealerships (parts departments) and one said, "no problem" the two others were, "not quite sure"

My questions has two parts, first will those wheels interchange with my RRS and how do you all feel abut the Scorpion Zero's. I have read some very negative reviews about those tires.

Thanks for taking the time Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

The tyres sound OK for size. Many RRS's come with these tyres as standard. The Pirrelli's do a decent job, but seem to have a relatively poor life expectancy. They appear to wear out a lot quicker than equivalent Goodyears.

The wheel may be a problem though as I believe the offset is less on a full fat Range Rover. I tried to fit 19" wheels from a FFRR Vogue to my RRS and they didn't clear the brake callipers. My sport has Brembo's on the front which may have been the cause of the problem.

I suggest you try before you buy to make sure. RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini
