Derek, I'd rather get the Eurotunnel every time mate - it's only 20 mins in the train and you're there - boarding etc is flwless and very well executed. Would always recommend it every time....but up to you. Did you book anywhere nice to stay for the weekend??

Yeah I'd love to try the train, but I can't help but wonder if a surface crossing might be nice, so we can see the cliffs.
Still working on that (Which reminds me, I must get researching on hotels in the Normandy region as well.)
