It was the last rugby training of the season for my son on Sunday and traditionally it's a fun day when the dads join in. This is a bad idea, I have done something to my foot and I can't put any pressure on my right foot - I'm hopping around the house in agony! I would recommend a visit to the local accident and emergency dept. and get an X-Ray............................ take plenty of supplies you might be there for a while. The least they will do for you is to give you some decent pain killers.............................. which will mean no alcohol for a few days which isn't ideal when you are off on a rugby tour but that's life!. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I was stupid enough to empty the shed yesterday as it was still a dumping ground from when we moved. Anyhow, cut a long story short I was attacked by various spiders and they have made me ill. So here I am in bed.
