It'll help ease the pain! We got a leather cleaner kit with a sofa we bought a few years back and Mrs ST put blue ballpoint ink on the cream leather. i think putting similar color over it is the best bet.

Yeah, it's on the glovebox, which is plastic... not the seat, which is leather
