South Africa 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Alaska White
Hi there

Hi there from Baben
Those of you with Disco3's might recognise me from disco3.co.uk

Couldn't resist the temptation, so took delivery of an '07 HSE TDV8 today.
Not certain whether I'll ever get to drive it, as it is a valentine's gift for the princess.

Love the TDV8 motor, and can't wait to tweak it

The best part is that the D3 is now ALL MINE Twisted Evil so I can fit all the offroad stuff and forget about having to ever take it off again

just part exed my BMW 650 Sport Convertible for a TDV6 HSE (and yes my BMW lost 20K in just 3 months since new!) Had the car just one day and I love it! Adore it!! Java with Ebony, 20 Supercharged wheels, fully colour coded, mirrors, handles, pillars, everything! It looks so good! I kinda miss my V8 BMW but wanted a car like the TDV6 to put some money back in my pocket in terms of running costs etc....a new convert!!! And very pleased with the ride and also glad to say resisted temptation to go to 22'' Stormers. Thanks for such a great site!!!

BMW Blues

Don't get me wrong, I loved the beast. But spending £90 a week on petrol and just getting 200 miles.....the RRS was the logical choice. To show my regard for the brand, I passed up on a AM V8 Vantage and an R8 - just want some value for money motoring with sexy aggressive looks - and here I am!! Got the car from a Chelsea footballer, and yes car looks really good, but am doing more to get it sublime.....watch this space for pics....

Exactly!

Shmoogle.....exactly what i think, it's so subtle.....have colour coded handles, lower sills, front grill, mirrors and vents. Rear light guards, havenot darkened the lights (saw this other guys black RRS on here - wayyy too black!) The steel part of the running board has been done too.......and going for the new rear oval exhaust pipes, just one on each side...and black badges front adn rear. I can't tell you how loved up I am with the car. As i said I've come from some lovely cars, but the RRS is an altogether better feeling. Has anyone upgraded from a TDV6 to a TDV8 in such a short time? I'm placing an order for Sept delivery. Love the V6 but was at the dealer on the weekend and just heard a TDV8 go past, and it sounded wonderful. But won't hear a bad word about the TDV6 either....

Scotland

return to Land Rover having defected to an X5 which drove like a dream but nothing beats the looks of the RRS.

My new one arrives in march but the X5 was losing sooooo much money the dealer here in Edinburgh took it off me last month and gave me a 56 plate Rimini RRS to drive till mine arrived !!!! So I get to tear the backside out of that one until my new one arrives !!!

This is my 7th Land rover (all 110s and Disco 2s) and can't wait for it but I'm a little concerned about the 'Knocking' thread. I suppose mine will be a MY8.5 or 9 but can anybody tell me if it's been modded yet to fix the knock??

Great site !!
Thumbs Up
any members up here in Scotland ?
