For me this is a no brainer. Jump ship, as long as you don't loose your deposit. I would also contact the top man at the dealership telling him that his sales staff are crap. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Unfortunately, too many dealers across the premium brands seem to think they don't need to do any work to sell cars. Customer service appears to be virtually non-existent and there's an expectation that they're doing you a favour by sharing their precious time with you.

true, it is a shame, with my last car, a Porsche, the dealership was fantastic and extremely pro active.

If this is the level of customer service you can expect when they are trying to secure your money, imagaine how much trouble you will have if your car develops problems!

RUN AWAY as fast as you can - if they are treating you like this when buying a car, you can imagine how dependent they are if there are more serious after sales concerns..... - Robert

Maybe a bit of a generalisation but I have found that the service and parts teams are much more reliable. I would suggest sticking with your build slot, get the car, if you then have any issues, give the dealers service team one shot, if they are crap then just whistle your car down the road to another service team.
