another upgrade for the 2008MY! I don't know how easy the hook will be to replace if it gets broken off.................. probably a day in the dealers and a hour's labour 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

You have a fair amount of stuff in your FL2 that the RRS doesn't have... that is the benefit of having a car which came along a while after the RRS

They have something called springs behind each wheel on a Freelander2......................... cannot for the life of me think what they are for, maybe it's something primitive that cars used to use to dampen out bumps or something. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I must say it's better than the previous fixing which was a real hit or miss affair. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Strange that the carpet mats go on top of that hook and use the traditional method of fixing. TDV6 - gone
