OK, thanks for finding out Kam. I wouldn't be able to do a weekday personally - the logistics of arranging it would be impractical. But if everyone else is agreeable to it then I hope you have a great time! Take plenty of pics! Smile

Ok Ok.. how about April 21st (You back VA), or we could take this into May!!? although that may drag this out for a long time.. (and i might not even have my RRS then.. but suppose that doesn't matter).

Its going to be too difficult to satisfy everyone so will have to just agree on a date and work round our schedule to get there.

Kam, if you did have your RS4 by then, you could make that part of the tour! I for one would love to have a poke around in it...

April 21st.. you in VA??

Weekdays will be hard for everyone, i don't think they offer weekends, she didn't mention any other dates, i don't think they run this every day, only when its feasible for them around other areas of the business, so we may have no choice other then taking a day off.. Come on we deserve it! look how hard we are all working at 1pm on a weekday!

Schmoogle, could you arrange for this that far ahead??
Be good to meet you all in person finnally.

So List so far: (aiming for 18 minimum)

Kam100
Martin
Jaymann

Bloody hell this is turning into a nightmare already..
Ok.. will push it out to end of april, will have to confirm a date with her, but it may even be early May now, as she did give me all dates available in April, and didn't mention anything other then:
10/11/19/21 so presuming end of April may not be available.
Early May then? How is that??

Kam100
Martin

Jayman?
VA?
Schmoogle?

(Im presuming martin will be coming, as its a freebie! please correct me if im wrong).

The wife works for a local prep school and part of her T&Cs says she can't take time off in termtime. She could pull a sickie but not sure she'd be THAT interested in coming... Feasibly, I could take a day off that far ahead but I already have hols scheduled within my upcoming contract so not sure on how the client will take to the idea of me taking another day off towards the end of the engagement (finishes first week of May). I'd love to come but it doesn't look promising at the moment....

I'll find out what dates they have available in May and we can work from there on and hopefully agree on a date. if May still isn't feasible for you schmoogle, then i think it would be best to revert back to April 21st, as that seemed to have the most agreement to it as per the above posts..

Won't ring her again, think it will be best to email her now considering i've rang three times already in space of two hours, she'll be like.. oh god its that annoying guy again!!
