VA, Very annoyed, V anoyed and Vewy ann0yed.....

Had 2 NIP's in the last 2 weeks from different constabularies Evil or Very Mad To cut a long story shory have disputed the first one from a camera van. Had a letter this morning No Further Action

Took legal advice from a firm who have a 100% success rate, if any one wants details PM me. Didnt require their services in the end.

2nd NIP - will start the same process today - see what happens

I'm now driving round paranoid of going through a speed camera or past a camera van. Think we should all slow down to 10 mph everytime we see a camera van . The congestion caused may make the revenue grabbing polititions wake up and take note - but probably not - they would just bring in a congestion charge as well !

Any news from VA??? I'll resist the temptation to post the link on disco3.co.uk (or as you lot know it www.pikeyinavan.co.uk) as VA is getting enough stick at the moment. I may just save it for later! Ner Ner

Within my first 4 weeks of having my license I thought I got a ticket.

I was at a x-roads and it was 2am, pouring with torrential rain and I went straight ahead on a filter right light. I thought I'd got a ticket but nothing thank god became of that.
In my first 2 years of driving I've got to be careful because I only have effectively 3 points to play with as another 3 points if I had 3 would mean a complete re-test Big Cry
Knock on wood I'm now 1.5 years in and whilst I've been a bit of a lunatick at times I've not been pulled over or caught yet (in the car) on a bicycle is a different story.

Thames Valley Police doesnt do many speed gun patrols or many camera vans but the M25 is a real b Censored ch. I'll agree that people spend more time looking in their rear view to see if there is cameras as opposed to the road ahead. The M40-M25 stretch to the airport is nutorious for that Evil or Very Mad Michael Potter

Second ticket in a month !!!

This one was for a red light. Was surprised to receive the NIP as I was unaware of the offence. So followed same route as the speeding NIP. Asked for the photos which arrived last week with a snotty letter saying something along the lines "heres the photos now youve got 7 days to send the ticket back matey"

So studied the photos and low and behold there were a number of mistakes on them. Wrote back to them asking for the offence to be reconsidered.

Letter arrived yesterday 'No Further Action' and an apology to boot.

I've done the lottery tonight - just waiting for the result...

It pays to gey the photos everytime. Looks like they are sending these revenue collecting demands out without checking the evidence hoping Joe Public will just accept the NIP and pay the fine ! MY10 TDV6 HSE, Alaska White, Ebony with Contrast, Park Heat, Paddle Shift, Privacy, Heated Steering Wheel, Extended & Premium Leather,
