Hi Biggles

Are you seeing any Suspension warnings messages in the display ? try going from access height to off road height. Could you let me know if you get "Suspension raising slowly" or other messages. Have had mine now for 3 weeks and have been getting these messages on and off.

Not seen any of these suspension messages, but have seen today the red handbrake light staying on after removing the ignition key for about twenty seconds.
Have also seen once something to do with low power on the stereo screen but I have been told this is a power save for the car when the radio is on and the engine is not running. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

I also get the handbrake light which seems to be normal and the low power mode is designed so the volume wont go so high I think when the car is not running. If you get a chance play around with the suspension from access to off road a couple of times and see if you get the warnings.

Nick,
Had a chance to play with the suspension last night while sat outside maccy d's.
Up and down from access to off road over and over and no problems. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

Hi thanks for the update . Mine was the same for the first few weeks then I had some warnings. Just had a new compressor fitted , still got the same problem. It sems to be an on-going problem. Am going to test over the next week.

Hi

I had some of these issues with my Discovery 3 and most of them were cause by water ingress in the connectors or wiring looms. did you start getting the problems after giving it a good presure wash or heavy rain ?????I had 3 ride height sensors replaced.

Hi NeilR

My dealer seems confused as to whether I have a fault. Suspension raising slowly appears in the dash display but this does not happen every time i raise the suspension. There is no chime and you may miss the display if you are not looking for it . I have not jet washed and we have had no rain until yesterday. But on this forum I seem to be the only one reporting these warnings ?? on the RRS .

"Suspension raising slowly" is not a fault exactly. It just means the air tank doesn't have enough saved and the air compressor is used to assist. Many people don't even notice... (same on Disco 3/LR3)

Biggles, take a look at the string I started http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=798
on the D3 site. I am convinced that most of the electronic faults are as a result of firing the car up too quickly after switching on the the ignition. Both the dealer and myself plus the guys as you can see in the thread have tried it with similar results. Gurvans wife had a cruise control fault and followed the idea and found it did not repeat.

Have just added the supercharged grille side vents and also the front and rear black Landrover badges.
Impressed with how much the grille brings out in the car. Its out there somewhere. Second V10 Treg on the drive at the moment.

BIggles, how easy are the mud flaps to fit? They look simple from the instructons online, is that the case? L319 D4 HSE
