These St Maarten landings are pretty much the most spectacular now that Kai Tak has closed...

Rumour has it we'll see a flying Vulcan later this year. One for you MDP.... a REAL fighterbomber!!

It was supposed to have been ready for last weekend and the Falklands memorial parade but didn't make it in time. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

My mate was in the army aircore - took me along to one particular airshow years ago & one flew overhead very low - the noise was HUGE ... the plane was HUGE ..... the lasting impression was HUGE

Think the last public display by a Vulcan was at Biggin Hill some years ago, am I correct ??

I seem to remember being there as it took off & the announcer saying it was returning to some base or another, to be decommissioned

Sure I have a photo of the take off somewhere.

Are they really going to have one airborne again ???

BTW that island of St Maarten is high on my wish list, so I’d be up for RRSport.co.uk “Do” for plane spotting, amongst other things.
