Does the FFRR do that? I know upper-end Mercs and BMWs do... useful if you happen to be really fat.

How can you tell if your car is a 2008MY, mine was Built on the 01/05/2007 and it has slightly darker interior silver trim but that seems to be the only difference to the 2007MY ?? apart from the TDV8 bits some of my Previous cars

I think MY08 production started at the end of April - so it appears you're right on the edge. Do you not have the order spec? Your interior trim will be called Brunel if it's MY08, not Rhodium like it was in previous MYs.

I don't know that YOU can tell without referring back to your dealer... someone said recently there was a website where you can check but I don't think the URL was given.

2008 model sport doesnt have powered steering colum, main differences are the colour of finnishes ( tan leather, zebrano wood , stittched door pannel). Power colum as described standard in full size RR. Full size RR 2008 arives july rear air con climate control windscreen with rain sensor, different rear arm rest, new interior colour storm. and option of wood gear knob. |

I thought the 2008 spec RRS had the electric column - the fact that someone has seen it clarifies the situation, yes?

Would seem so... but the 2008 spec from LR doesn't make any mention of it....

It does your seats and mirrors if you have it turned on, but it's troublesome, especially with the mirror settings so most people turn it off. |
