TDV 8 Exhaust tails

Hi, just wondered if anyone has had any exhaust tails or sports system fitted to a TDV8 yet or any company got anything on the market.

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

The TDV8 has been out for a while now and with more RRS ones now being delivered, the Larini and JE sponsors appear to be dragging their heels in making available a proper 'sport' sounding exhaust for this engine.

Likewise JE and TC seem slow in updating their advertising banners at the top of these pages and their web sites with the TDV8 chipping details.

I can understand owners of the FFRR not wanting a sports exhaust, but surely by the nature of the word sport appearing in its name, the majority of owners of a RRSport TDV8 want to hear that growl a bit louder than the standard exhaust provides.

Am I wrong? Are these sponsors and other companies missing an opportuntiy here. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

I'm sure JE will be working hard towards getting their offerings for the TDV8 available ASAP - and if it were me ... i'd wait to see their offerings .. IMHO

No Jay, I have not rung them and for two reasons.

First I do not get my TDV8 until June and second, I believe companies should identify a market for a product and be promoting and trying to sell these products to me - not me chasing them to see if they would be kind enough to help me out.

I don't see the point of having sales web sites which are not kept upto date (Land Rover being a point in mind - theirs should by now be showing the 2008MY specifications and options, as build starts 30 April). Even more important are targeted sites, such as those of this forum's sponsors. It seems a waste of their sponsership money if their site does not reflect what they can, or intend to offer - it is also a golden business opportunity lost not identifying what the market requires and then fulfilling it before the competion does. Banging Head

Rant over. Very Happy Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.
