What I can't understand is why BA are taking so much stick....

T5 isn't their's. Its BAA right? What the fu ck do baggage handling systems have to do with BA. I thought their core biz was flying and maintaining planes?

Am I missing something? 2022 P440e AB

they reckon the baggage systems worked just about from the start. Problem was that BA hadn't tested it properly and hadn't checked that they could get the relevent people in the right places when the system started to be fully used.

In essence you had baggage going places but no-one to handle it. This lead onto a knock on effect which was only ever going to end in tears.. Current: I can't say...Oh the Shame!
