If you had a TDV8 you wouldn't be able to remote control the suspension. On the later cars there is a lot less functionality on the keyfob. No remote boot release being the one I miss most. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

All I seem to be able to programme into mine are the panic alarm and lights on. The tailgate has the electric "soft opener/closer" on it but I don't seem to be able to get it work from the fob. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I can set the following - headlights on, panic alarm and suspension adjustment but there is no way I can get the rear hatch to open on the remote (it isn't even mentioned in the owners manual). 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Mine was set at the dealer, maybe it's a factory default? I'm sure it won't be long before we get the answer, cue Bobby and others Speed Limits! not where I live!

Now why would one want to recline the front seat by remote control from outside the car - maybe that is the special feature they put in for lounge lizards like Jay!

With my car, as soon as you take the key out of the ignition the seat slides back and down and the steering wheel/collum winds in and up away from you. which is fine as long as no-one tall is sat behind me! Speed Limits! not where I live!
