Normal height only available message

I am getting an intermittent message saying "normal height only available". When it happens I just stop the car, switch engine off, restart and all is well. It's a 2010 TDV6 with 23,500. Although I have a current "approved" LR warranty the nature of the fault is such that it's difficult to pin down and it only happens about every fews weeks or so. If anyone has any ideas re what this might be a symptom of it would be much appreciated.

Will show up with diagnostic tool. But as above, and eventually will become more and more frequent until it sinks on to stops and won't raise Big Cry 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Just to follow up. It was the compressor. All sorted under my LR Approved warranty, dealer told me that their claim to the warranty company will be £600 or thereabouts. So having only just taken out the warranty in December 2013 and discounting off the £150 part of the premium for the roadside assistance, my warranty for the balance of 2014 is now effectively costing me £250. Very Happy

It's nice when that happens Thumbs Up

Each year my warranty has more than paid for itself. This year I've had a new rear diff covered by the more basic version of LR's warranty, for example. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Also when I had to phone LR Assistance under the warranty they couldn't have been more helpful. Have to say that my experience so far has been both painless and pleasant. The car came with an extended LR warranty from the dealer when I bought it and I had to get ARB's done under that. Once again all very smooth from the dealer and LR warranty.

Mine is the Land Rover Approved one, cost me £1095 for a year which included the £150 roadside assistance package. I have to say that my experience of it so far has been faultless.
