Check the propshaft running to the back axle. The centre bearing is encased in rubber, fit he rubber is torn, then it may be causing t eh vibration through the car.

Same problem for me on a 6000 mile new car back in 2008. LR replaced tyres, wheels, steering rack, propshaft....it was a replacement rear diff which fixed the problem according to LR. i didn't hang around long enough to find out, LR "assisted" me into a new car.
