I've reset my sat nav and now am unable to enter destinations using the post code search - I'm only able to input numerics and not letters, what has gone wrong!?

There was a button on the sat nav saying reset and as I've only just got the car I thought it would be a good chance to reset the sat nav....wish I had left it alone now! In for a service tomorrow so I'll let them take a look at it! |

Hmm, don't remember ever seeing anything like that reported (or in my own). Like MAW says, get in front of the dealer. Let us know what it was all about!

Under enter destination - the map will highlight where it thinks you are (in green i think) touch on UK, green will shift then destination format for that region should be corrected - going from memory but fairly intuitive as I recall. |

Ah yes, that rings a bell... and once selected the initial country becomes the default until you reset. I remember thinking when I first used it that it would be a right kerfuffle having to choose UK as my destination country every time I wanted to enter a destination.

As suggested by various people it was just a matter of selecting GB on the Eurpope map - easy fix now that's what I like - thanks 2 all 4 your help!

The costs are on the money. Before you go with the BT upgrade check your phone is compatible. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I've a Nokia N95 which I told the service guy so I presume it's compatible then else he wouldn't of quoted me. Is there no way of upgrading the Bluetooth myself - is it just a DVD that is needed? |

No, it's a hardware & software upgrade so dealer only for 99% of people unless you happen to have the relevant kit & caboodle yourself.
