2008 FFRR TDV8 HSE (optioned out)

Hi all,

My father just got a MY 2008 FFRR TDV8 HSE, Stornoway Grey, many options, i.e. satnav with tv, logic 7 audio, electronic sunroof, tire pressure monitoring system, heated rear seats etc.

His original intention was to either get a RRS TDV8 or Supercharged, however, the dealer had this FFRR available as an ex-demo model so he was given a decent discount plus he did not have to cope with the 4 months+ waiting list for a newly built model.

After reading through these forums, I noticed there are divided opinions regarding the FFRR in HSE guise.

Therefore my question: do you think my father made the right decision by going with the FFRR HSE as opposed to the RRS? Question

Thanks!

Dad: 2008 FFRR HSE Full Option

It's down to personal choice at the end of the day. He can always take the HSE badging off. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

All depends what your Dad wants from his car, doesn't it? Wink The FFRR is the relaxed, lazy cruiser where the RRS can afford to be hustled along a bit more.... both lovely cars in their own ways.
