It's a lot of money to spend if you're still quite happy with the V6.... |

So have you just got used to the chipping so that it has now become the norm OR does it still have that original whow factor you felt when it was first chipped? Was not the jump in performance from a V6 to V8 enough? I think a lot of us would like to know these things. |

..isn't it like with everything in life, once the initial buzz is gone and one get's used to it, it's nothing special anymore and it's back to business as usual. I never had any doubts myself. Had the TDv6 from the day it was announced and ordered the TDv8 upgrade as soon as I could. Both great cars but quite different "animals". The TDv6 is comfortable, agile and reasonably quick. Certainly never felt slow. But I drove her as if she was a slowish vehicle in a relatively sedate style (ie more "Range Rover" than "Sport").
