It works just fine, even though you may not hear the tones. I use it all the time to delete /.replay messages from my voice mailbox. |

That's the way voice recognition works, I'm afraid there is no faster way to dial through it. I guess it's less annoying than being connected real fast to the wrong number because the system misunderstood your prompt, but it is not exactly lightning fast, I agree. You can always use the one-touch dial keys on your handset for the handful of numbers you call all the time, but of course that means reaching for the phone. I end up doing just that when calling my voice mail, my home or my office, press and hold 1, 2 or 3 and then Bluetooth takes over. |

Also, you can say "Phone redial" to dial the last number you called... |
