Trickas, there have been many many posts about this, but the answer is unfortunately NO it isn't possible yet.

Sure, you can get the waypoints, but how do you load 1000's of them into the system? 2022 P440e AB

We did have a user who claimed he could do this but I can't find the damn post now. Basically he extracted the DVD map data and re-compiled with our camera database then burned back to DVD. He seemed to be genuine but the system would still not give you an alert so I don 't see it as a usable alternative to a proper warning system. Darren Griffin

He must have been a professional in IT - loads of effort expended, all the right components but no useful result! Rolling with laughter Big Cry Cheers

Actually - I dont believe it will be that difficult for a minute....

I'm also pretty sure that I will be able to generate a ppf-o-matic patch that would allow others the possibility of modifying their own DVD so that we could host the file on this site without getting into trouble with LR...

I dont think I'll be able to get alerts working, but speed cameras will be selectable as POIs... SO they will display on the map view. RRS TDV8 HSE - Hybrid TV - Sunroof - Adaptive Front Headlights - Harman/Kardon LOGIC7 system

Have you managed to decode the map format? I had a look at it a while ago, along with the specification documents and couldn't really get started Sad Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

Unfortunately the top two links do not work for me,
however. i believe the easiest thing to do it to replace one of the POI groups with Speed Camera data.
This would be straightforward to do, once I crack the map format.

At least this would be a proof of concept until I figure if its possible to add more POIs, instead of just modifiying existing ones... RRS TDV8 HSE - Hybrid TV - Sunroof - Adaptive Front Headlights - Harman/Kardon LOGIC7 system
