We did have a user who claimed he could do this but I can't find the damn post now. Basically he extracted the DVD map data and re-compiled with our camera database then burned back to DVD. He seemed to be genuine but the system would still not give you an alert so I don 't see it as a usable alternative to a proper warning system. Darren Griffin Editor PocketGPSWorld.Com |
