L320 Active roll control fault.....Help !
Bit of a newcomer to Range Rover issues but owning a 2005 4.2sc is proving to be a challenge ! Please bear with me if this all sounds a bit obvious to some.
Currently have a vehicle lean when cornering fault showing on the dash. After scanning with Gap tool there are no suspension faults showing but one Active roll control fault which is C1B14-1C. After checking it would appear to be the lateral accelerometer mounted on the inner sill under the drivers door Part no. RQB 100011. I have checked live value on Gap tool and found this to be 856ft/s when vehicle is stationery. Assuming this to be wrong I replaced it but still get the same result. Can someone please confirm what the values should be at when stationery. Should I be looking elsewhere for this fault ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is the hydraulic pressure reading OK? I ask, as the connectors for the accelerometer and pressure sensor are the same, and can be mixed up
There is also an accelerometer above the front interior light

Thanks for the reply. Fairly sure plugs are not mixed up as the fault has just appeared. However I will check.....assume you are referring to one of the four plugs on the valve block adjacent to the sensor ?
Regarding the pressure check , what live value should I check and what should it read ? Any ideas on the correct values for the accelerometer ?
Appreciate your help

When stationary, the accelerometer should read close to 0
If you still have your original sensor, try swapping it with the internal sensor first, make sure you've replaced the right one
If that makes no difference, you may well have a wiring fault

Thanks for the reply. I kind of assumed it should be zero if you are not moving but with these things you can never tell. Thanks for confirming. Still got the original so I can have a look. The wiring is what concerns me. How on earth to track down a breakage between there and I assume its ecu. I have ordered a plug/wiring (plug not serviceable) just in case its that.
