This is the early type tailgate without the glass. So you get an idea of the glass opening

Per a LR tech when they launched, facelift has anti-sway control for trailer towing. Torque vectoring. Less ridiculous resume on radar cruise (that doesn’t launch you at the horizon when the car in front of you turns off).

A MY10 car will not have the one piece tailgate, it was later MY11/12 on cars that had it I remember correctly.

There are a few pics in my gallery of inside and out,, it does have the 5 camera system,, (front, wing mirrors and rear reversing,) heated steering, fridge, TV, two pice tailgate, active damping, remote activation for FBH, flappy paddles. 2010 RRS, TDV8

The biggest difference is the feel of a face lifted L320 when you get in. All the updates mentioned above make the cabin feel a lot more luxurious and comfortable.
