EGR valve tick?!

Hi all, Im new to the site & been reading few posts but time to register & join in!
I have owned a RRS 65 plate HSE Dynamic for a couple of months now. Absolutely love driving the car but as expected I've had a few problems. Once the engine is upto temperature it makes a tick sound. Its the actuator on the EGR valve sort of ticking/bouncing rapidly. I thought the diaphram had gone so had new EGR fitted drivers side so both been done but still got the noise. Didn't show up a fault on dash & seems to drive fine, just noise is so annoying.
Mainly noticeable at idle & on overun but only once the engine is fully warmed up. Any ideas??

It turned out to be a vacuum leak near one of the engine mounts. Local indie wanted to replace engine mount which wasn't covered under warranty for £xxxx so I went to local main dealer service centre for second opinion, thought it was worth an hours labour. Went to pick car up & they said they've resealed the leak all good now. Some main dealers are worth it, Thank you to Team Valley Land Rover.
