L320 2.7YDV6 wont start after top half rebuild

Hi, rebuilt the engine after tensioner sheared off oil pump. Its cranking over but wont start up. Only 2 faults on code reader instrument cluster control module " U0128-87 lost comms with parking brake" and HVAC "B1B78-84 system pressure" I assume the second fault is because not re-gased the air con yet. Could the parking break communication fault be stopping it from starting? Checked the connection on the EPB at rear of car twice and that seems fine. Not sure where it plugs in under the bonnet? Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

They are difficult to prime the fuel system. SO that will be the issue

If necessary, loosen one of the injector metal pipes slightly, and ensure fuel comes out when cranking.

Note this is very high pressure and can be dangerous, so only loosen slightly and if you are confident

There is a Schrader bleed valve on the fuel rail on the top of the engine. Depress the nipple, turn the ignition on and off several times (10s at a time), to run the lift pump so that air is expelled. When you no longer get air bubbles, try cranking the engine over, and it should almost instantaneously start, assuming nothing else is a problem.

Hi Andy, released off a pipe on each side and fuel comes out when cranking. Tightened them up, almost fires up with a little break cleaner in the air intake. After notice the rear two injectors have now got a pool of liquid below them(see picture) not sure where it is coming from, battery is now dead with cranking it over so cant see it coming out, it's not from the high pressure pipes as they are all dry and tightened. Any suggestions/ideas? Could this be why it doesn't start?
