Dynamic Response - L320??

Does anyone know what models have Dynamic Response as standard? Would a 3.6 TDV8 have it?

Anything to look out for with the Dynamic Response? Thanks.

Main thing to look out for would be leaking arb bars and corroded pipes, I would think.

Cheers

If you are referring to the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) then my TDV8 has it and I believe it was a standard item on the TDV8. Look for the DSC switch on the dashboard. Robin

He is referring to Dynamic Response which is variable stiffness antiroll bars. DSC is standard on each and every RRS (in fact, it was mandatory for vehicles of this weight back then already).

According to 2007 brochure: standard on TDV8, 4.4 and 4.2 SC. Regards etc.,

Many thanks for the confirmation. I assumed the TDV8 would have it as standard, but wasn't 100% sure.

Yes, the TDV8 has Dynamic Response.

Issues are really limited to leaking bars and pipes. Both can be sorted but can be a bit on the £££ side of things. Otherwise, it just works. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Dynamic Drive is an additional Terrain Response mode in 2010-2013 L320’s (3.6 TDV8 was only available in 2010). It tweaks throttle response, transmission response, and suspension. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Is Dynamic Drive not simply another name for DSC.

No, DSC is Dynamic Stability Control (fancy name for ESP).
Dynamic mode (available with Dynamic Drive option) is this:

So how do you engage Dynamic Drive? as there is no mention of anything called "Dynamic Drive" in the handbook.

In either case, it was Dynamic Response, aka ACE 2 that I was interested in. But good to know about the other too.

Dynamic Drive is just a name someone has made up for the dynamic programme on TR, Col. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
