Figgy lighter in cup holder section

Hi folks.
A quickie if I may.
My car says less smokers pack in the build sheet.

However, there is a ciggy lighter socket, albeit with a blank cig lighter in there.
Tried putting a ciggy lighter usb plug in there! No power!

Question is, should there be power? Can I get power to it?

Yes tried with ignition on....Nothing Exclamation Rangerover Sport 2016 4.4 sdv8 A/B loire blue.

Fuse behind the glove box . does the rear and console ones work?

Yes
Rear and consul working fine, as is fridge.
May have to check fuse box.Hopefully they are all marked as to which is which!

It’s fuse 63 in the fuse box behind the glove box 20amp
Changed mine last night if you remove the relay from the right of the fuse it’s a lot easier.
Also if you have small hands as you can’t see anything with your hand in the hole.
