The two 6 mm screws at the front are just screwed into spring clip/nuts, If they are just rotating I would imagine someone has bodged the wrong screws in or over tightened them and broken the clip in two halves so it just rotates.

If I remember right there are just welded captive nuts that retain the rear bolts, fitting a new front guard will automatical replace the nuts as they are welded to that. If the heads are missing on the rear bolts if you can get the front two out the the guard will basicaly drop out.

Belive it or not but the 10mm bolts are actualy torqued up to 62 Nm I also seem to recall they are serrated flange headed bolts as well.

The rears also bolt thru the large engine cover.

Can you not just grind the heads off the front bolts an get some new ones they are only 6 x 13mm.o.e. part number KYG50038O the10 x 20mm FS110206 & 10 x 25mm KYG500500

The spring clips have proably snapped in half leaving the top half just free to rotate and not undo, why not just cut or grind the head off the bolts the broken bits will then just fall out.
