Clunky suspension

L494 2014 3.0 HSE
Have read through most of the old posts but cant get a clear picture of what to do.
The clunking has been happening for a good while on potholes and country lanes but all quiet on the motorway, steering feels perfectly fine at all times. I'm sure it must be a suspension bush of some sort but which ones? No mention on MOT. I've decided to keep the car for another year or so, so would like to travel in silence again.

All the pictures I see show various bushes, but none of the pictures I see on posts pull back far enough to identify on the car where it is and giving it a name is not much use either, if you are not familiar with suspension terminology.

So my questions are, what's the most likely cause, can they be tested to see it that's the fault and is it an expensive job?
I don't have access to a lift or indoor space but a two minute test drive by someone with experience would no doubt give all these answers.

Front anti roll bar bushes most likely, fairly cheap and easy DIY job to fit.

Thanks for the video, I'll probably do all 4. I think the noise is at the front, but hard to be 100% sure.
Is access to the bush clamps any more difficult on the L494 compared to the model in the video?
I'll be doing this on my drive with only axle stands. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

I had exactly the same thing on my old 2014 dynamic and it was actually play in the ACE (Dynamic cornering thing) valve block. It's a known problem and is solved by fitting a later/improved valve block which I bought off ebay for around £400 I think. 2014 L494 V8 s/c Autobiography Dynamic

I'm struggling to find the correct bushes for the front anti roll bar. A lot of sites are quoting a chassis number which bears no relation to mine, so I'm confused as to the correct item.
I think I need LR048451
Can anyone confirm this?
I am also seeing a lot for sale by FEBI Bilstein. Are these any good?

I bought below and lasted 25k miles:

I then bought some BGA ones and lasted less than 2k miles so gone back to these again.

I think genuine ones usually lasts around 30-35k depending on the surface you drive.

Thanks for the reply, the vast majority of my (admittedly low) miles are on the motorway, I've had the car for about 25k miles, so its probably time they were changed, as most of the advice on this post suggests.
Still cant find a video or even basic instructions for a L494. Is it much different of a job to the earlier sport variant? RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

Well i followed the official technical document and it took me a day and half and you do need 2nd person unless you can have a jack similar to transmision one. The Hydraulic ARB unit is really heavy and needed 2nd person to help me.

However 2nd time i done it took me 2 hours. It would be helpful if you have drive on ramps, if not i drove on to a 2-3 inch thick wood and put the car in off-road height and put jack stands underneath the car so it doesnt lower it self.

Took the carrier for one side off so it would create enough gap to get to the bolts. Once changed that side i put that side back on then take the otherside off.

Its very heavy so you need to be careful, you can get hurt badly and if you drop it could damage the hydraulic lines etc. The bolts gone in to an aluminium so its easy to cross thread if you are not careful.

The nuts for the bush bracket torqued to 100nm so you need either long spanners or extension as you cant get a socket on with the way i did it.

Please also note i am not a mechanic and the method i done it is probably the not the safest way to do it. If you never worked on something similar on the cars i would get a mechanic to do it. I dont think would cost that much.

Saw on a video of the job on an early model sport, that the bushes need to be greased. On the video, it looked like a small packet of grease was included. The bushes I ordered came with nothing, so my question is, should the bushes be greased or not and if so with what? RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

The service manual advices against lubricating the bushes, i just done mine again with using dielectric grease.
