Currently own a 20 plate RRS, insured with Aviva for £1200 per year. New 23 model ordered 12 months ago, still waiting. Today i thought i would call insurer and request a quote based on an article i read in the press on insurance problems. Current insurer declined new car as did two other insurers. Called Flux and was quoted £7500 per year. Needless to say the car will be cancelled. Quite dissapointed! Clean licence etc and no reasons given other than theft risk. Based in Scotland.
